PHM142 - Grading and Policies



TESTS AND ASSIGNMENTS:

Mid-Term Exam, 30% of total grade

Assignments 1 & 2, 30% of total grade

Final Exam (non-cumulative), 40% of total grade

MISSED EXAM POLICY:

In the case of a missed examination, either midterm or final exam, the regulations and policies established by the Faculty of Pharmacy will be applied.

When an examination is missed, the student must file with the Faculty Registrar, a petition for consideration in respect to the missed examination. This petition along with supporting documentation must be filed within seven calendar days of the missed examination.

In the case of a missed examination and when a reason deemed valid by the Faculty is presented, the student will be given a make-up examination (written or oral at the instructor's discretion).

In the case that a make-up examination is missed for valid reasons, a second make-up examination will be prepared and given during the supplemental examination period (Please refer to current the Faculty of Pharmacy Calender)




ORIGINALITY OF WORK PRESENTED:

All class presentations, assignments and exams presented by students in PHM142 are expected to be the product of the individual's (or research groups) own efforts and is subject to University verification as such. In keeping with this all reference materials utilized must be clearly cited and presented as such, and said materials cannot be utilized in a verbatim manner in violation of material copyrights.
